A half-forgotten outpost of dwindling empire, Emmett's Hold is a location that can be inserted into a fantasy game as a pit stop, a base camp for operations, an encounter or for any purpose you'd like. Includes a description of the fortress, the personalities there, some story seeds for adventures, and charts for things that might be found or encountered in and around Emmett's Hold.
